These results were taken right after surgery while this 23-year-old preservation rhinoplasty and septoplasty patient of mine was still in the operating room!

This patient had always been bothered by her hump, but her main goal for the surgery was to breathe better.

A lot of people have been asking me about the hemostatic net lift!

While it may look intense, it is completely painless, it has never left a scar on any of my patients and is removed easily and comfortably after just three days for my female patients.

The hemostatic net lift is an innovative procedure that uses a net-like surgical stitching technique that binds skin layers together, helping to prevent fluid buildup (hematomas), which may also significantly reduce bruising and expedite the healing process!

After a previous rhinoplasty went wrong 30 years ago, due to a surgeon unintentionally leaving gauze in this patient’s nose for weeks and then a second surgery by the same surgeon further collapsed her nose, she came to me to get the nose she’s been searching decades for!

This 59-year-old female patient is now 15-months post-op from her revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty with a rib harvest with grafts.

We’re extremely grateful for putting her faith in us… Now, not only is she happy with her appearance for the first time in years, but she can finally breathe again!

Is a Fat Transfer Permanent?

Great question! On average, I tell my patients that about 50% of the fat that place will stay. Those fat cells can get smaller if you lose weight and conversely, they can enlarge if you gain weight. Can you get a “Preventative Facelift”?

The answer is yes! We have been doing more facelifts for patients in their early 40s, if their face begins to drop, lines and wrinkles begin to deepen and the skin on their neck loosens. The reason it can be beneficial to get a facial rejuvenation “preventively” in your early 40s vs. an “emergency” facelift in your late 50s or beyond is that the younger you are, the better the elasticity of your skin is and the longer the lift will last! Every patient’s facial anatomy is unique, and must be assessed individually.

Mary is only four-months post-op from her quad blepharoplasty! We did a basic upper blepharoplasty AND a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning.
