"I had an epidural injection (pain management) at Linden Surgical this week and was extremely impressed. Outpatient is their business, and they do it well.

1. Customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Excellent

2. Staff members are personable and efficient. There is a lot of teamwork in this facility, which translates to better patient care. Nurses and staff members actively assist one another with the goal of making it a better patient experience. I was impressed. There are no slackers here.

3. A wide variety of docs are using Linden, which indicates a good reputation amongst medical providers. It is not difficult to understand why.

4. Their goal is to stay on schedule and get you back home as quickly as it is medically appropriate. For me, this is critical. Once an outpatient procedure is complete, I want to be home in my bed.

5. Aesthetically, Linden was clean and simple - exactly what you would expect from this sort of facility.

I have a background in healthcare and have seen dozens of these facilities. Most impressive here was the staff and the coordination between team members. Kudos to whomever manages this team!"
