This patient had prior length and girth surgery, then silicone injections. Scar tissue caused shortening and distorted the p*nis. I remove the silicone, revise the skin, and release the scar tissue to restore both form and function.

I often see patients whose p*nis retracted after silicone injections. Releasing the scar tissue surgically restores length, but without surgery, the change is permanent.
