is a very rewarding procedure for men desiring more defined masculine chest. The incisions are well hidden in the armpit and the only downtime is wearing the compression garment for a few weeks.
Most men think that they have and they need surgical excision of the breast tissue. In my experience majority of them have mostly fatty tissue that can be liposuctioned without the need for a larger surgical scar around the ar**la.

For the first time in my adult life I took the day off to spend time with my father. And of course have to post it on instagram.
At the end of the day watching the sunset together, I had a deep sense of regret and guilt for every time I had an excuse and let work and busy life get in the way. I am glad today happened but boy time flies.
And of course even today would have not happened without the person behind the camera lol

As I have said before, great parenting comes with a paradox. They love you and want you to grow independent. The more independent you become, you think differently, you see the world differently and they feel less love. This means a gap will grow.

You gotta acknowledge this so when you feel it with your kids you don't get upset then make a conscious effort to fill the gap so you don't regret. And hope your children would do the same.

Good parenting implies a great paradox. Your parents love you and want you to be independent. But the more independent you become, the less love they feel. This means a gap will grow. You have your own ideas, you see the world differently. At some point there is an inflection point. You have to make a conscious effort to fill that gap. This is for all the overachiever hard working dream chasers out there.
Rememeber this from Cristiano Ronaldo: "When I was a child, I told my father that in the future we would become rich and live in a big house. He replied to me that that would be impossible. Today, I have all the things that I once promised my father, but I don't have my father anymore." Cherrish them while you have time. No, writing on instagram doesn't count. And no I don't do it enough either if at all.

Injecting the jawline to get it more defined often leads to a masculine wider lower face, Ideally first you try liposuction to avoid a wider and sometime
unnecessarily distorted face. Then after liposuction
results, if more definition is desired, the injection may not be bad idea. In my experience. it is very rare for my patients to come back to jaw injection after liposuction.
As you can see a very small amount of liposuction can help define the jawline and chin.
