When treating patients like Lynn who have had prior facial surgery (in her case, a facelift), the goal is to respect the integrity of their unique facial features.

Revision work isn’t about doing “more.” It’s about doing what’s necessary to restore balance, improve contour, and help the patient look like a refreshed version of themselves—never overdone or “over-operated.”

In this video, I’m sharing Lynn’s 1-month post-op progress after her deep plane revision facelift. Even at one month, she’s already showing a more defined jawline and a naturally improved lower face and neck contour. She also underwent an upper lip lift to enhance facial harmony.

Recently, I had the honor of attending the 2026 EROC Global Forum in Dubai for the first time and served as a Master Keynote Lecturer. Here are a few highlights and key insights from the conference.

This year’s lectures and discussions focused on some of the most important advances in facial surgery, including:
