Rhinoplasty is special in that you're changing something to make people feel more like themselves. The art is in sculpting something that looks like he could have been born with it. That's when you know you got it right.

We always use imaging to help determine what will fit best on a person's face. On Men, we often aim for a straight bridge. Sometimes we can leave a hint elevation in certain ethnicities like middle-eastern men....of course with the patient's preference communicated during imaging.

In this young man's case, we also did breathing work as well as straightening him out from the front which you can see how the before and after compare.

Her beautiful peaceful energy is special. This transformation shows the power of rhinoplasty to bring out the beautiful features of one's face. In our last reel, we showed her in the recovery room just after surgery. You can see her now one week later with the amount of narrowing we did. The slimming really shows on the front views at the end of this video. Compare that to the front views in the before video. This is triangulation, definition, straightening, an alar base (nostril) reduction to match the nostrils.
All people heal at different speeds. She looks really good at one week we're just very little swelling. Some patients may have more swelling so please be patient if you do. We will get you there.

Revision rhinoplasty complete rebuild top to bottom with new bridge and tip. She has really good skin and healing properties so she mild swelling, most of which will go away in the next couple months, with final results in 1 to 2 years. Thicker skin will swell more and take longer to see the result. If you have thicker and oiler skin, give it more time.

One week after rhinoplasty to reduce her bump and sculpt her tip. They had tried to mask her hump with big volume filler but it was high volume and big volumes migrate. She has tried to have someone project and define her tip with permanent filler, but that doesn't actually work. By the way, I believe any filler to the nose lasts forever, so be conservative. To do a proper rhinoplasty, we remove all the filler and construct the new nose. This makes the operation more challenging but more interesting, and we can do it.
