I want to find a way to incorporate my passion for postpartum care by empowering families with my passion for helping others medically, with my new found passion for exercise and getting healthy. any thoughts or ideas? I miss my babies and mamas but I love my jobs!

Question of the morning:
How do you empower others if you can't empower yourself?

I've been doing a lot of thinking about that lately. When you are someone who has a tremendous passion for helping others you often forget that the person who needs your help first is yourself. I come across many people like this in my many lines of work and it is hard to take the step towards yourself when you feel others needs are greater than your own.

I recently took the step towards helping myself by joining beachbody and beginning my journey toward clean and healthy eating and a workout program. In the 14 days I've been doing this, it has changed me and part of that change is because of all of you who support me! Thank you! I'm beyond grateful to have that support from all of you.

I want to create a "village" where we all support and empower each other while buidling confidence and helping each other achieve our dreams and passions. Now my dream and passion of this "village" I hope to create has expanded to not only be supporting women and families but helping each of us learn how to support ourselves.

If you want to join me in the workout program and clean eating, I joined beachbody as a coach in hopes to inspire others to empower themselves and to feel as good as I do. I am here for you :)

Once we find our way as a Mom, that Mama Bear will always come out because of the great love you have for your baby. We all need to be confident to trust the Mama Bear in all ourselves to do what is best for our babes!
