This is an educational and experiential evening where you’ll learn how to use a 128 Hz tuning fork on your body to support balance, grounding, and inner alignment.

We will move through each energy center from feet to crown, followed by a full 50-minute immersive sound bath.

Included:
• Clear quartz worry stone
• Custom essential oil roller
• Guided full-body tuning fork session

Tuning forks available for purchase for those who wish to continue the practice at home.

The Snow Moon invites us into stillness, softness, and gentle renewal.
This February, I’m offering an intimate sound bath experience held under the quiet glow of the moon - a space to slow down, ground, and reset through sound, vibration, and subtle ritual.

Because these sound baths are intentionally kept small (maximum 8 participants) to preserve the quality of the experience, I’m offering two evenings:
