Screw retained implant supported restoration on a Nuventus Implant placed by Dr. Oded Bahat. Dr. Solnit cements the zirconia restoration onto the titanium abutment in the lab and closes the access hole so that it’s invisible. The restoration is always retrievable and there is never cement below the gingiva. This ensures long-term stability and healthy tissue 💫

When a patient is not a candidate for an implant a carefully prepared three unit fixed bridge with an ovate pontic is a great option for permanent treatment. Stay tuned for the final layered zirconia restoration.

From planning to ex*****on. Great teamwork with the surgeon. These screw retained restorations came out exactly as planned with screw access holes exactly in the center of the occlusal table. Dr. Solnit carefully closes the access holes so they are well concealed💫
