This case was particularly challenging because the patient had thick, sebaceous skin and columellar retraction — both of which limit definition and require advanced structural support.

Precise graft placement was used to restore projection and improve nasal balance, while an alarplasty refined the width and flare of the nostrils for better harmony.

A revision blepharoplasty was also performed to correct eyelid symmetry and shape, enhancing overall facial balance.

Asymmetric creases → balanced, refreshed eyes 👀

This patient wanted a higher crease and more symmetry. With upper blepharoplasty, we were able to lift the heaviness, create balance, and open up the eyes for a naturally refreshed look.
