Fertility is deeply connected to the nervous system, emotional balance, and overall digestive and hormonal health.

Acupuncture helps improve blood flow to reproductive organs, supports hormonal balance, and reduces inflammation. Meanwhile, Medical Hypnotherapy addresses hidden stress patterns, worry, and fear that can interrupt the body’s natural rhythms.

When the mind feels safe and supported, the body responds.

This is holistic fertility care — rooted in understanding you and your unique journey.

Tension headache is the most common type of headache, generally brought on by stress, impaired sleep or skipped meals.

The pain associated with tension headache typically impacts the whole head, but may begin in the back of the head or above the eyebrows. The pain is frequently described as constant and pressure-like and tends to come on gradually.

Although tension headaches are not debilitating, treatment is often necessary if persistent. Trigger point therapy is a type of massage that focuses on trigger points within the back, shoulder, neck and head to relax muscles, improve blood flow, and even relieve stress. This may ease symptoms by releasing pressures that send pain signals to the brain.

Brain fog isn’t a medical condition. It’s a term used for certain symptoms that can affect your ability to think. You may feel confused or disorganized or find it hard to focus or put your thoughts into words.

With brain fog, a person might feel less mentally sharp than usual. Thoughts and emotions may feel numb, and everyday activities may seem to require more effort.

It is normal to experience occasional brain fog and anxiety, especially during times of high stress. Since brain fog is a symptom rather than a medical diagnosis in itself, there is no specific treatment for it. However, managing the anxiety, or the condition causing it, may help. Getting enough sleep, drinking plenty of water, and remaining nourished may also help reduce the risk of brain fog.

The right treatment can help with both anxiety itself and the brain fog it causes. If you are concerned with any of these symptoms, contact Dr. Jeannie Kang for a consultation.

Supporting cancer patients has been one of the most meaningful parts of my practice. Many of my patients tell me that acupuncture helps ease nausea, improve sleep, reduce fatigue, and bring a sense of comfort during active treatment.

But the healing extends beyond the needles.
My treatment room is a calm, safe space where patients can breathe, process, and feel truly supported. Over time, this becomes more than an appointment — it becomes a healing ritual. A place to feel held, understood, and cared for during an incredibly vulnerable time.

This connection, this trust, is part of the healing journey—and I am honored to walk it with them.

No two autoimmune patients are the same, so we don't treat them the same! In Functional Medicine, we look at you, not just your diagnosis. We consider your genetics, environment, stress levels, and nutrition to uncover why your immune system is out of balance.

Example: A patient with Hashimoto’s saw major improvements after removing gluten, supporting gut health, and balancing stress through gentle yoga and breathwork.

Healing starts when care is personal.

Your mouth and gut have a close bond. Oral health can have a direct impact on your gut health and vice versa. Oral health problems can be linked to poor digestive absorption and immune response.

If you’re looking to maximize your gut health, it’s important to first look in the mouth. Dental diseases are the first sign of digestive imbalance.

In Asian Medicine, food is more than nutrition — it’s medicine.
Every ingredient carries an energetic quality (hot, warm, neutral, cool, or cold) and a healing flavor that supports the body in unique ways.

A balanced diet restores harmony between yin and yang, supports organ health, and gently guides the body back into equilibrium.

Simple examples?
✨ Ginger warms and moves stagnant energy
✨ Mung beans cool and detoxify

When we understand food energetics, every meal becomes a remedy.

Functional medicine practitioners bring specialized training to your health journey. We go beyond standard medical protocols to explore advanced techniques and testing. Whether it’s balancing hormones, optimizing gut health, or managing chronic pain, our training equips us to find solutions tailored to you.

Example: A patient with persistent migraines discovers their triggers stem from hormonal imbalances and certain foods. By addressing both with precision, they find long-term relief without relying on constant medication.

Let’s use the power of knowledge to transform your health!
