GVMD Interventional Pain Services Dr. Vassilev, MD is Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. Dr. Vassilev is trained to implement Interventional Pain Management techniques.

His area of expertise is the management of complex painful injuries through Medication Management, Neuromodulation, Intrathecal, Interventional and Regenerative Therapies. These will work for you to offer pain relief within the first few visits, often avoiding heavy medication and surgery. At GVMD Inc we offer New Patient Concierge Service and Appointments within 48 hours. Please note: We are not a narcotics dispensary. Our entire philosophy is to treat the source of your pain not just mask it. If you are experiencing pain for longer than four weeks, you should see a pain specialist. Early intervention can increase your chance of complete recovery, and prolonging professional treatment can severely worsen your condition. After a comprehensive history and physical examination once the cause of the pain is determined, sometimes requiring radiologic studies, a personalized therapy program will be designed specifically for your condition.
