The Lean ATLANTIS procedure is designed to help patients who work hard to develop their musculature but due to various reasons they cannot reduce the fat in difficult or trouble areas. In the procedure, Dr. Villanueva defines the muscles using liposuction techniques to help define each patients’ incredible musculature. The fat that is removed from the body is then transferred to any region to enhance each patients silhouette, typically, hips and/or buttocks.

We typically get asked are BBL’s (fat transfer to buttocks) safe? The answer is yes! When done correctly and done safely under ultrasound guidance, and only putting fat in the space where fat exist. The fat transferred to the buttock region can be a very safe procedure.

This patient wanted to show her abdominal muscles, a smaller waist and to enhance her 🍑 . Dr. Villanueva used the fat harvested around her body to enhance her 🍑 and highlight her incredible musculature with specialized liposculpting and fat transfer.

This patient had a previous rhinoplasty and was not satisfied with the results she wanted a small slope, more tip definition and correction of nostril imbalance.

These are immediate on the table results which have a bit of swelling but the final results will be seen over the next year! She’s loving her early results!

This patient underwent the procedure with the implants placed subfacially which allows the implants to not have the movement associated with putting them underneath or half underneathe the muscle. But the strength of the lining of the muscle is there to support the implants. The patient wanted fullness, better cleav@ge but wanted to look natural. Choosing an implant (Motiva Silk Round Demi Profile 380cc) that is appropriately sized for her chest but giving her the fullness she wanted allowed for this shape, improved cleav@ge, and for her goals to be achieved. She’s loving the results which are exactly what she was going for!
