These are just a few habits that I love and that are perfect for a morning routine to support your lymphatic system đź’•

I wish I could do this every day, but I’m so grateful I can still find this time for myself, even if it’s just once a week!

Here’s a breakdown of each habit I show in the video:

• Sun before coffee: Morning sunlight helps regulate my circadian rhythm and gets lymph moving before any stimulation.

• Oral care: Tongue scraping, oil pulling, and brushing to support detox pathways, digestion, and overall balance before anything goes in.

• Gua sha on ice: Cold gua sha to wake up circulation and reduce puffiness.

• Self tummy lymphatic drainage (legs up): Supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps things moving as it should.

• Trampoline or vibration plate: Your body needs movement. Just a few minutes makes such a difference.

• Grounding: Bare feet on the earth to calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and bring me back into my body.

• Red light therapy: Supporting cellular energy, circulation, and recovery.

Remember to listen to your body and do what you can, when you can ✨🫶

Think of your body like a sink with water pipes.
If the pipes are blocked, the water cannot move.
To get good results, we need to “open the pipes” first!

Some people see fast results because they keep their bodies “open” and ready.
Here is how you can do it too:

Clean your tongue: Use a tongue scraper every morning to remove toxins.

Wake up early and expose yourself to sunlight to regulate your body’s circadian rhythm.

Use a sauna: The heat helps your body’s “pipes” get wider so fluid moves easily.

Eat healthy and drink lots of water and teas…

Get a lymphatic massage: This will manually open your pipes and push your lymphatic flow.

Move your body: Exercise helps push the fluid out naturally.

When your “pipes” are open, your massage will work much better! 🫶

All of these habits are super easy. They won’t change your life overnight, but with consistency, they help support your lymphatic system and reduce swelling around those little grains in lipedema that can feel so painful!

I sit down and put on paper everything I want and envision for my next season. My vision board isn’t about forcing anything, it’s just a way to stay connected to where I’m going.
