These are just a few habits that I love and that are perfect for a morning routine to support your lymphatic system đź’•
I wish I could do this every day, but I’m so grateful I can still find this time for myself, even if it’s just once a week!
Here’s a breakdown of each habit I show in the video:
• Sun before coffee: Morning sunlight helps regulate my circadian rhythm and gets lymph moving before any stimulation.
• Oral care: Tongue scraping, oil pulling, and brushing to support detox pathways, digestion, and overall balance before anything goes in.
• Gua sha on ice: Cold gua sha to wake up circulation and reduce puffiness.
• Self tummy lymphatic drainage (legs up): Supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps things moving as it should.
• Trampoline or vibration plate: Your body needs movement. Just a few minutes makes such a difference.
• Grounding: Bare feet on the earth to calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and bring me back into my body.
• Red light therapy: Supporting cellular energy, circulation, and recovery.
