Last week, the North Shore Neurology team attended the annual American Academy of Neurology (AAN) Fall Conference — a week of exploring new ideas in neurology and building connections with experts nationwide. 🧠💡

Dr. Louie and Dr. Tramontozzi brought back the latest insights to help our team provide even better care. NSN's Practice Manager, Allison, shared tips on making telecare and patient communication smoother and more efficient.

Dr. Tramontozzi also co-presented “Building a Stronger Care Team” with Shannon Anderson, PA-C, exploring ways teamwork can improve patient care. He also started a six-month leadership program to learn new strategies for advancing neurology practice.

We’re always learning, growing, and finding new ways to give our patients the best care possible. 🩺

We’re excited to share that Dr. Louis Tramontozzi and Allison Tobin, Practice Manager, were recently featured in an article by the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) about how North Shore Neurology is using AI to improve the patient experience.

AI is helping us:

✨ Reduce time spent on paperwork
✨ Allow our doctors to focus more on you, not the computer

“AI can help reduce provider burnout by streamlining administrative tasks… and allows providers to focus more on the clinical side of patient care,” said Allison Tobin.

This month, they joined colleagues from across the country in Minneapolis for the American Academy of Neurology’s Annual Medical Economics and Practice (MEP) Committee Meeting.
