Amy’s shiatsu clients often ask for things to practice at home to help them achieve the kind of calm Qi/energy flow they experience in treatment so she is excited to be sharing this new offering! The techniques come from a range of practices she’s learned over the years from QiGong and shiatsu, to Alexander Technique, mindfulness practice, and various somatic therapies. 💫
You will leave feeling calm and grounded, with a take home list of techniques to explore on your own. No level of previous experience needed, and the exercises will be done either seated or standing. 🧘♂️
