Fact or Fiction Sleep Apnea Edition🤓

#1 Signs of Sleep Apnea are only characterized by loud snoring.

FICTION. There are many signs and symptoms including frequent waking and gasping for air. Check the link at the bottom for a full list by the NCOA.

#2 There are different severities of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)

FACT. OSA is diagnosed in three different levels: mild, moderate, and severe. Diagnosis typically depends on number of events per hour of sleep.

#2 Arthritis is a causal factor in TMJ disorder
