Here are some tips to prioritize your health and wellness!

1. Donโ€™t be afraid to unplug, silence your phone and power down if you are still tempted to scroll.
2. Find some time outdoors, the fresh air and sounds are rejuvenating.
3. Move your body.
4. Find silence and take a moment to intentionally breathe. Listen to your breath.
5. Do a facial, mani pedi, bubble bath, what ever brings you happiness.
6. Show gratitude for just being you and hold space for yourself while you repeat a powerful mantra.

For the longest time my practice was tied to a studio. Having a studio only practice can be challenging if there is not one locally, you are traveling, you are not finding quality instruction nearby, or the studio atmosphere is triggering and associated with negative feelings. Here are some benefits for an outdoor practice.

Practicing yoga outside allows you to breathe in fresh air and connect with nature. It is grounding.
