I was just working in my office on the last of my marigold calendula lotion when my window blazed to life. The sun finally came out from behind the clouds. It's been a rough few days for me. Into each life a little rain must fall? Bleh! I don't understand why people can become so awful to others at times. But this sunshine reminded me that there will be dark and low times. We just need to focus on the fact that the light WILL shine again.

Now to breathe in, breathe out, repeat. My mantra is now "You shall NOT slap that bitch. You shall NOT stoop low and take her knees out. You shall fly up and above....and encourage the blue bird of happiness to p**p on her." Breathe in, breathe out, repeat.

MassageResults has closed it's business in Indiana due to a move to Ohio. Once settled, I will look forward to serving my new community's massage needs near Beverly, OH!

It's officially "Moving in Day!!!"

Started loading truck and trailer in Indy at 7:30 while we waited for movers to come help. They showed up about noon and finished about 4:00. On the road for Ohio by 4:20.

Dave took the 12" trailer behind the Subaru while I wrangled the 26' truck. Yeh, nope, that truck drives like a truck not like a van. I chuckled when I was trying to sing along with the radio as i was bouncing around so much I sounded like that elderly lady at church with the horrendous falsetto!

Pretty uneventful drive other than the creepy guy at the rest stop that held the door for me and was then lurking around my truck when I got back. 😒 And third time was a charm trying to get gas. You know you are driving a big truck when you assess how you will pull out of a gas station when choosing the perfect pump!

Missed all the thunderstorms I carefully watched but found they turned the hot, country roads into fog machines as it got dark. Was patting myself on the back for my mad trucker's skills when I managed to turn into the driveway too sharply, tried to correct by backing out and put the truck into the little ditch alongside the base of the driveway.
Hiked up the driveway to pant out to Dave, "Truck's here....in the ditch... down there."
Rescued by Bill (former owner) who was here in 20 minutes after I messaged him asking for tow company's I formation.

Now time to unload that sucker!

For those that haven't heard already, I will be moving to eastern Ohio in the coming months. Following a dream to create an oasis for others to come take care of themselves and be taken care of has led me to 96 beautiful acres. Stay tuned for updates as I make them.

In the meantime, I will only be setting appointments with my current clients and their referrals here in Indy. I am taking appointments into mid June but will have limited hours as I move closer to the move date. That date is unknown right now but should be in mid-June.

I will soon have a FB page to show off Down The Rabbit Hole Acres! It hasn't been developed yet but you could "Like" or "Follow" it if you want to see the new place come to life.

For those of you that are locals, PLEASE come see me before I move. While I am VERY excited about the next stage in my life, moving away from people I have come to deeply care for has been a difficult decision.
