Over 35 years of guiding clients through seasonal transitions, I have observed one consistent truth:
Most people try to push into Spring.
But growth cannot be forced.
It must be regulated.
As light shifts and circadian rhythms recalibrate, the nervous system is asked to adapt in real time.
This often shows up as:
• feeling unsettled
• emotional activation
• fatigue or overstimulation
• difficulty focusing or sleeping
• a sense of inner pressure to “move forward”
