HELLO NOVEMBER! This month is all about GRATITUDE 🫶 and we have a lot in store for you! ⬇️
~ This month’s focus: Thanks & Planks 🤍 Gratitude is at the core of everything we do. All month long, we’re building strength and stability. From the physical kind (hello, planks) to the kind that keeps you grounded through the holidays. Expect plenty of core work, balance challenges, and intentional moments of gratitude before and after class.
~ Member of the Month · This month, we’re celebrating our entire Be Well community! Stop by the Gratitude Jar in the studio to leave a thank-you note for anyone who’s made your Be Well experience a little brighter. Notes can be signed or anonymous and we’ll be sharing them throughout the month.

**Heads up! There will be a modified schedule the week of Thanksgiving, so book early and remove yourself from class if you know you can’t make it—let’s keep that waitlist moving!
