Thank you to all in attendance at this morning's 155th parkrun on The Eastern Trail in Biddeford. Whether you were one of the 39 finishers, one of the 10 volunteers or an additional spectator we appreciate you spending your morning with us!
Huge thanks as always go to our volunteers. Our event cannot operate without your dedication and everything you do is truly appreciated. We'd love to welcome some new volunteers to our ranks. If you've enjoyed participating please consider volunteering from time to time.

Welcome to Derek, Samuel, Megan, Lauran and Matt, who joined us for the first time today! We hope you had a great Eastern Trail experience and will return to us whenever you are able to.
In addition to locals from Biddeford and its surroundings this morning event was attended by individuals from across the US as well as some visitors from the UK. Thank you for being with us!

A brisk spring morning greeted the 29 participants and 11 volunteers in attendance at event #154 on The Eastern Trail. Thank you to all for being a part of another great morning!
A huge welcome this morning to 9 new parkrunners! Whether this was your very first parkrun ever, or you have participated elsewhere and were joining us for the first time, we hope you had a great experience and look forward to seeing you again as soon as you can return.
Congratulations to Katja for recording a new personal best time today!!! Keep up the great work!
Our volunteers are the back bone of our event and we are so grateful to everyone that dedicates their time and effort to ensure our events continue to operate. Extra special thanks and congratulations today go to Barbara who reached the 100 volunteer milestone! Thank you for your ongoing support and participation - you are much appreciated!!!!

The first weekend of spring saw a welcome return to our regular course after a couple of months utilizing our alternate course to avoid snow and ice. The 28 participants and 10 volunteers at event # 153 were met with soft conditions under foot and cloudy skies.
Thank you to our awesome volunteers for once again donating their time and effort to ensure the success of our event. We appreciate you!!!!
