When a team realizes how powerful they truly are great things happen. Monday was spent training a Dental office team (all of their 3 locations)- and we had a blast! Real Estate agents must complete a minimum number of continuing education classes every two years. Typically, we fulfill this requirement through online courses or by attending an annual convention. Yesterday, the Mid-Coast Board of Realtors offered a unique training session that we were eager to attend. The Situational Awareness Training for Real Estate Professionals presented by Autumn Schmidt, She’s An Asset, was exceptionally informative and engaging. As Realtors who view properties with clients and customers, it is empowering to be well-prepared. We are looking forward to Autumns next class!
