Is our next event on April 10th in Bangor going to be self-defense?
NO.

Is it going to be the same situational awareness class that over 2,000 women have attended?
NO.

So what is it going to be?
You’ll be surrounded by like-minded women who are all on a mission to build themselves into women who are completely unf*ckwithable.

Women who know who they are.
Women who trust themselves.
Women who don’t shrink.

How are we going to do that?
This event is a personal development training where we focus on leadership, personal presence, and the internal work that actually makes women powerful.

Everything taught comes directly from my real-life experiences — from being bullied for years, to working in male-dominated environments, to rebuilding after being injured in the line of duty.

You’ll learn things like:
How to turn bullying and criticism into your breakthrough
How to fail forward instead of letting failure define you
Why your body is one of your greatest assets — and how to carry it like it is
Why leadership starts from within (and why women are naturally powerful leaders)

Will I be sitting in my chair for 3 hours?
Absolutely not.

You’ll be up and moving, doing writing prompts, participating in exercises, connecting with other women, and actually applying what you’re learning.

This is not a passive event.
Become Powerful was designed to take all the things that are set up to make women lose their power — and flip them on their head.

When a team realizes how powerful they truly are great things happen. Monday was spent training a Dental office team (all of their 3 locations)- and we had a blast! They learned how to be a hard target, how develop situational awareness how to stop an active threat in the office. If you would like to bring this to your team, please reach out 💪🏻
