You’ve been asking, so here’s the update straight from Procell’s newest protocol 💛

For years, microchanneling avoided active acne because the concern was that it could spread bacteria. But a recent study changed that understanding, and Procell officially updated their recommendations.

The new guidance shows that treating mild active acne with microchanneling is safe and can actually support clearer, healthier skin by:

If you’re trying to conceive, you already know it’s more than “just relax” 🙄 When your cycle feels off, your labs are borderline, or IVF is coming up, you want support that actually makes sense.

• Hormone and endometrial support. A 2022 review found acupuncture can influence FSH, LH, estrogen, progesterone, ovulation, and endometrial readiness. (PMID: 35832528)
