From around the world yoga love, I finally made it to the Yoga Village in Clearwater, Florida. Had a lovely class last night with a mini sound bath and met up with past Big Bear Yoga Festival teacher Erin McGuire 💙💙💙💙 she's up to some fantastic projects, including finishing her first book! Interested in joining us on the Leadership Team in our magical creative process in bringing the Big Bear Yoga Festival to our community? We need you! Here are some open volunteer Leadership Team positions and their requirements!

Required Position: Sales Committee Chair Volunteer
Are you open or interested in filling the open Sales Committee Chair position? Responsibilities TBD but they would oversee and take action on Sponsorships, Ticket Sales, Customer Service, and Fundraising. Annalisa is taking the Sponsorship Manager position for 2026, so you would be working with her. This position has the possible opportunity for payment in the future. This position attends the 2nd Monday of the month at 6pm meeting the two first months of the quarter. This position is estimated at 3hrs/week and mostly computer work. Attendance of the fest is required. 3 year commitment and on the Leadership Team.

Required Position: Finance Committee Chair Volunteer
Are you open or interested in filling the open Finance Committee Chair Position? Responsibilities TBD but working with Annalisa and Ping on all finance related aspects, including Grants and Bookkeeping. This position attends the 2nd Monday of the month at 6pm meeting the two first months of the quarter. This is a Leadership Team position. This position is all on-line and is estimated at 2/hrs at the start of the month for running reports and reviewing, and 1/hr the other weeks. Attendance of the fest is required. 3 year commitment and on the Leadership Team.
