Nina's "Intro to The Electrical & Energetic Brain to Body Connection" class is built around learning to hear some of that activity with your hands. The first half is about perceiving lesion chains and lines of tension. The second half moves into palpating the subtle electrical signals from the brain to the individual organs.

Next session: September 19–20, 2026 at Sedona School of Massage.

There's a kind of bodywork that doesn't push, stretch, or knead.

It listens.

Cranial Sacral Therapy is built around a quiet, attentive touch, the kind where the practitioner spends more time feeling than "doing." For a lot of bodyworkers, learning to listen with their hands is the hardest skill to develop, and the most rewarding.

Nina Joy Rizzo offers an Introduction to Cranial Sacral Therapy workshop at Hands That Hear You. NCBTMB approved.

Quick breakdown of one of the three parts of Nina's Advanced Cranial-Sacral Dural class: osseous releases.

Osseous means "of the bone." In this context, it's the hands-on work of engaging each of the cranial bones directly.

The Advanced class runs May 1–3, 2026 in the Village of Oak Creek. Two days away.

Three days out from Nina's Advanced Cranial-Sacral Dural, Osseous & Sutural Releases class.

A reminder of what this one is: Integrated Manual Therapy focused specifically on dural releases, approached from three angles, the cranial bones, the sutures that connect them, and the Dura itself.

May 1–3, 2026 in the Village of Oak Creek. 24 CE credits.

Going from "I know cranial sacral therapy" to "I really know it" is a long road.

Most practitioners hit a point where the basic techniques aren't enough, and they're ready to learn how to work with the deeper layers like the membranes, the sutures, the subtle motion of the cranial bones.

Nina Joy Rizzo's "Advanced Cranial-Sacral Dural, Osseous & Sutural Releases" workshop is built for that next step. NCBTMB approved for CEs.
