Birth is not an emergency event.

It is a sacred dance between mother, child, earth and creator.

A mother should never feel rushed.

A mother should never feel unsafe.

A mother should feel supported, empowered and be undisturbed unless asked otherwise.

The moment a woman enters a hospital, especially if she is not informed of her rights to say NO to anything she does not want. She enters a system that is built for her to have complications which lead to a cesarean.

Cesareans continue to rise globally and at the same time more and more women are wanting to birth at home.

Birth is sacred, mothers are sacred, children are precious. The process of birth must be seen as the divine process it is and honored as such.

As a mother of three I understand that birth is an initiation, no matter how many times you go through it. I believe as mothers it is important to educate ourselves on the process of birth, seek teachers if we need to. To give ourselves the chance to have a sovereign birth even if it’s in the hospital. This is how we protect our child, ourselves and the sacred process of birth.

With my third daughter Rose my intention was to birth at home but she decided to arrive 4 week early. My midwife had to check me into the hospital due to her protocol. I was not happy but I trusted in the divine orchestration. I went into that hospital fully informed and said no to all interventions and I told them to leave me alone to birth. Rose came swiftly with my husband holding me up in his arms while I birthed her in a deep squat.

Later the nurses thanked me for reminding them how women have the ability to birth without the hospital intervention and protocols. I believe birth is a mystery and also there are ways we should be supporting and uplifting the natural biological process of birth.

Women, mothers, fathers & their unborn child deserve more than what we are currently providing.

This needs to change, this process has a large role in how we humans thrive. It starts at how we are coming forth through our Mothers wombs.

Out of my 37 years in life one my highlight of living has been in the moments of giving birth to my three children. The sacred dance between me, my child, god and the earth. Working as one to bring forth life.

I do not take for granted my birth experiences with all three of my children. I was informed and had a husband who was my pillar of protection. I desire all women to feel as liberated, euphoric and powerful as I did while bringing my children onto this emerald earth. This is my mission.

Just in this month I have witnessed the machine that is the medicalized birthing system with two women I know personally. A setting that sets women up to be disempowered immediately upon arrival to the hospital leading to C-sections for both.

I share more of this in this video clip, a part one to this little reel series I plan to share in solidarity to women birthing safe, empowered and deeply connected to the earth and cosmos.

This video is a clip from the community broadcast. We are currently raising funds to support the incredible midwives of Guatemala build a birthing center that is in devotion to safe, sacred, empowered birthing. Rooted in their ancestral midwifery and cosmovision.

Happy Ta**us Season beauties! 🌹

As I enter this next chapter of my work I am excited to be gathering together more in person. As technology continues to be a large part of our daily lives it is important we are doing “dirt time”. This is what my elder spiritual grandmother, Marza Millar calls it when we gather together in person, studying, praying with the earth.

Now that I have access to a beautiful space for gathering I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting monthly full moon circles where we can deepen in study and ceremony with the divine and her archetypes of nature. As well as hosting womb centered educational workshops.

I know I am not alone when I say Egypt (Kemet) and it’s mysteries have always called to me. As a child I read about Egypt in the Bible and although I was to focus on Father God I was drawn to the many Neter and their priestesses. This led me to intentionally studying Egyptian Cosmology throughout my life. My devotion to this path has led me to mystery schools, deeper devotional studies and understanding. The Neteru have changed my life in profound ways! This is my way of saying thank you by sharing my body of study with you.

If you are into Astrocartography my MC Venus and Sun, IC Jupiter run right through Egypt. So whenever I work with these Kemetic teachings these key lines are deeply activated for me. It’s a love language.

Feeling like a new woman as me move closer to the new moon with 8 heavenly bodies in Aries, sextile Uranus (ruler of Aquarius). A portal is opening beloveds into a timeline that we have been working so hard to bring into fruition.

All signs will be out Pisces, it’s time to take action towards the visions we have been tending too.

Let’s use me for an example. The last almost three years I have been taking time to rest and restore for the visions to come through for the future of my womb practice, studying with epic teachers, collaborating with epic women in leadership and strengthening my craft.

My husband and I sold our house in Michigan (only there for 2yrs) and moved in between eclipses back to Arizona.

When I moved back I started seeing women out of my new home, working on their wombs and bodies all while envisioning a beautiful space I could hold my practice.

Near my solar return in February when that stellium was in Aquarius I had a vision of the location that would hold my practice, I reached out but there were no spots available. About 2 weeks later I got a call from my soul sister that a spot opened up and it was mine if I wanted it. I said yes! The vision came true.

This Friday we have our official open house for our collaborative wellness and community space on this potent New Moon! 🌚 A potent new beginning, a timeline that was seeded almost three years ago. Everything I have been crafting and tending to will be born with this womb temple space on this New Moon! Every step taken intentional and with the heavenly bodies.

I am delighted to share that Eternal Womb once again has a dedicated temple space, now located within a beautiful wellness oasis in Scottsdale, Arizona. I have joined alongside , Concierge Primary Care & Functional Medicine NP, and Kseniya of , shamanic breathwork facilitator. Together, our vision is to offer integrative, elevated wellness to the Arizona community.

To celebrate this collaboration, we are hosting an Open House and community mixer on Friday April 17th from 5:30–7:30 PM at 7610 E McDonald Dr. Scottsdale AZ. This will be a space for our communities to come together, connect, and meet the practitioners while experiencing the energy of the space. You can expect light bites, mocktails, and a high-vibe DJ.
