This week, friends, Lerner Financial is hosting its 2025 Shred Event (Wednesday, Sept. 10), from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. at 15505 Waldron Way in Big Rapids.

We're grateful for this shred event and its benefits for Hope House.

Here are some noteworthy points of emphasis:

* When bringing your shred, Lerner Financial asks that you consider a donation to support Hope House.
* Please bring your shred in non-returnable bags or boxes. They will be recycled.
* Staples, paper clips, rubber bands, folders, etc. do NOT need to be removed prior to shredding.
* Please remove bindings and binder clips.

There will be information available during the shred event to highlight volunteer opportunities and explain how Hope House benefits the community.
