The Big Spring Center for Skilled Care is the Permian Basin's premier center for skilled nursing care and rehabilitation. building, features a fantastic entry hall, centralized nurses station, grand dining room, and an 1,800 sq. therapy gym, all laid out with a Texas Hill Country Ranch-style design. The Big Spring Center for Skilled Care is your provider of choice for all of your short term rehabilitation needs. Our therapists will work diligently to help you or your loved one return to their highest level of functioning, and get you back home. We also offer long term placement for those in need. We offer many different services such as private rooms with showers, a wound care team that comes into the facility to round weekly and a full-time wound care nurse. We invite you to stop by for a visit! Come meet our friendly staff and new management. Today we would like to recognize and celebrate our incredible Activities Director, Guadalupe Gonzales! Guadalupe has been a valued part of the Big Spring Center for Skilled Care family since 2019, and her dedication shines through in everything she does.

Guadalupe treats each of our residents as if they were her own family. With unwavering love, patience, and genuine care, she makes every resident feel seen, heard, and truly special. She takes the time to listen, observe, and connect, always going the extra mile to ensure everyone feels engaged and included.

As an outstanding Activities Director, Guadalupe keeps our residents active, involved, and smiling—there is truly never a dull moment when she’s around! Her compassion, creativity, and commitment make a lasting impact on both residents and staff alike.
