The Big Spring Center for Skilled Care is the Permian Basin's premier center for skilled nursing care and rehabilitation. building, features a fantastic entry hall, centralized nurses station, grand dining room, and an 1,800 sq. therapy gym, all laid out with a Texas Hill Country Ranch-style design. The Big Spring Center for Skilled Care is your provider of choice for all of your short term rehabilitation needs. Our therapists will work diligently to help you or your loved one return to their highest level of functioning, and get you back home. We also offer long term placement for those in need. We offer many different services such as private rooms with showers, a wound care team that comes into the facility to round weekly and a full-time wound care nurse. We invite you to stop by for a visit! Come meet our friendly staff and new management. We encourage you to take a tour of our clean and full of life facility geared towards the individual needs of each person. Let us know how we can help you! We enjoyed some fresh air and sunshine outside — nothing like the crisp autumn breeze to lift the spirit. ☀️🍁 Afterward, we came inside for a relaxing block-sorting activity that sparked great conversation and a few laughs. 💬🧩

Then came the highlight: pumpkin carving! 🎃✨ Whether it was hands-on or cheering from the sidelines, everyone had a part in bringing these festive pumpkins to life.
