Sharing this video that was created by a former client. During these challenging times, things like this are what keep us going and fighting to be able to keep things moving forward. I pray for a time when we find a permanent home for our program, are done battling insurance companies/Medicaid for reimbursement, and can take on as many people as can benefit from our services. Until then, our hearts are full enough to make up for our empty wallets because of the difference we’ve been able to make for our clients.

Here we go again 🤪 Unfortunately, the folks who own the property we just moved into in October have decided to sell this summer and we need to be out by the end of May. This includes our family, our therapy program, and our horses. We had thought this would be our home-base for at least a couple of years, so we had really settled in and started growing the business back up after COVID...just in time to start over, yet again. On the bright side, we think we have found a place to go, but it is not set up for horses. So we will need help in the very near future procuring supplies so that we can get fencing and shelters built in order to accommodate our therapy horses. If anyone has contacts that would be interested in donating/discounting materials, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
A big THANK YOU to my OTA interns, Katie and Maria, for putting together this fundraiser. We so appreciate the help!

We have the best job EVER! Our amazing OT intern, Kasey Flintoft, is helping this adorable little guy work on hand strengthening and fine motor coordination skills (specifically palm-to-finger translation and pincer grasp) using “Mr. Hungry Head”. We typically do this activity on the move to add sensory, balance, and neuromuscular components, but chose to hold still this time to allow for a more clear video. This is just a typical day at the “office”...aren’t we lucky?!?
