What should I do in-between adjustments to care for my nervous system?!

If you are asking yourself this question then that means you’re doing a great job and taking baby steps to support your health. There may be specific things for individual people, but below are a few tips that will benefit everyone. These simple practices are effective and will help your body continue to thrive!

1. SLEEP😴 2. WATER- 1/2 your body weight in ounces💧3. Eating a good balanced diet🥦🍇🥩 4. SUNSHINE- spend time outside everyday☀️ 5. LIMITED SCREEN TIME- after sunset especially📱
6. MOVEMENT- as simple as a walk around the block🏃🏽‍♂️
