Don’t Delay Screening. Cost. Fear. Not knowing your options. Being “too busy.”

These are some of the most common reasons people delay colorectal cancer screening but delaying screening can be dangerous.

Colorectal cancer is highly preventable and often curable when caught early. Understanding your screening options and talking with your doctor could help save your life.

If you’re 45 or older, now is the time to start the conversation about screening.

Think everyone is va**ng? The data tells a different story.

The 2026 Yellowstone County Community Health Needs Assessment identifies to***co and ni****ne use as an ongoing health concern in our community but it also shows that most adults in Yellowstone County do not use ni****ne products.

Understanding the facts helps us make informed choices and support effective prevention efforts. By looking at local data, we can better address challenges while recognizing the positive trends happening in our community.

Did you know colorectal cancer screening can be done on your schedule?

A colonoscopy isn’t the only option. There are several screening tests available, including simple, affordable options that can be completed at home.

If you’re eligible for screening, talk with your healthcare provider about which test is right for you and ask which tests are covered by your health insurance.

Getting screened could help prevent colorectal cancer or catch it early when treatment is most effective.
