I would like to introduce Family Support Network's Mental Health Team. Our team was recently introduced with abolished with the vision of providing accessible services to children, adults and families. Family Support Network Mental Health Services we provide both youth case management and outpatient psychotherapy services. My name is Faith Tallwhiteman I specialize in addictions, depression, anxiety, serious emotional disturbances, PTSD, ADHD, bereavement and behavioral issues that may be causing impairment to your daily activities of life. I have a Master's Hooding Graduate Ceremony MSW and am a licensed addiction counselor and a license mental health counselor. Our case manager , Ellie Drain has a Bachelors of Arts and has worked in Child Protective Services. She provides advocacy, consultation, and care coordination in the office. We have equipment onsite to connect clients with psychiatry through Intermountain's telepsychiatry program.

We believe our service could greatly benefit families that we serve.
