We’re proud to share some exciting news—Dr. Michael Groover (pictured with his wife, Lindsey) has been selected as the 2025 State Emerging Leader for Montana by the American Osteopathic Foundation at their recent meeting in Nashville, TN!

As part of this recognition, Dr. Groover will also be featured in U.S. News & World Report this November.

Exciting news in Bozeman!

We’re proud to share the opening of our new facility - a partnership between Ortho Montana and Intermountain Healthcare - at Gallatin Crossing. We are honored to be part of the growing healthcare presence in the Gallatin Valley, helping to expand access to quality orthopedic care for the community.

The new clinic will offer specialty services such as cardiology, neurology, ear, nose and throat care, hearth health and gynecologic oncology.

Please help us welcome Garrett Duffin, PT to the Ortho Montana team!

Garrett comes to us from Indiana and joins as a PRN physical therapist. He and his wife, Aman (also a physical therapist who will be joining Ortho Montana soon), are excited to make Billings their new home.

Garrett also serves as the Assistant Coach for Men’s Basketball at Rocky Mountain College, continuing his passion for athletics alongside his PT career.

Outside of work and coaching, Garrett enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and exploring new foods—so be sure to share your favorite Montana destinations and cuisine recommendations with him!

Please help us welcome Julie Lien, PT to Ortho Montana!

Julie brings with her 25 years of experience as a physical therapist, having worked in orthopedic clinics across Utah, southern Oregon, and right here in Bozeman, Montana.

A graduate of the University of Utah, Julie also volunteered her PT expertise at the 2002 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Salt Lake City—an unforgettable experience in her career. She currently also provides pediatric therapy services through Billings Public Schools, showcasing her dedication to care across all ages.

Outside of work, Julie loves traveling with her husband and two children, cheering on sports, and enjoying all that Montana has to offer. We are so excited to have Julie’s expertise and energy on our team!
