Saturday class took on a fun challenge 😅
Can you hang from a bar? But can you also remove your jacket at the same time? 😆

Maybe, maybe not, but the fun thing about our community is that you can always try something one way or another and have a good time doing it.

CrossFit gives you the confidence to simply try something that might seem impossible! And in the end, you might surprise yourself. 😉

🙌Here is a snapshot of all our regular class times!
Our weekly schedule offers a wide variety. Looking for that early morning? We got you! Evening after work? Got it! Mid-day workout? Yes! ✅️ Coach-led CrossFit classes are 1 hour.

We even have classes for different age groups. Teens class for the youth and the master's class for 55+. (Age is but a number 😉 55+ is welcome to any class!)

For memberships we have options! Unlimited classes, punch cards, drop-ins, and more! Also, our Unlimited members have the option of 24-hour access. 🙌

Our schedules are subject to change due to holidays and events. We will keep you up to date through our socials if changes in our schedule come up!
