Today’s assistant meeting looked a little different!
Instead of sitting down for a typical meeting, our senior assistants worked hands-on with our newer team members practicing real clinical skills - from taking X-rays to assisting chairside and reviewing instrument setups for different procedures.
At Turley Dental Care, all assistant training happens right here in our office. That means our newer assistants learn directly from experienced team members in the exact environment they’ll be working in every day.
