So happy to be out at it with the Youth 3on3 Tournament last Friday at Be Lockwood! Met the new little Crow Cowgirls & Cowboys, hung out with Junior Hugs and the Shake-n-Bake Team, put the Diamond Girls on the vibration plate to get ‘em ready for their next games. The gang from Forsyth were so awesome as well & Signature Hoopers are always stopping by with smiles and hugs. Watched many games and met Jetton Ailes little son’s team, who got themselves a championship! Thank you to AD Mike Erickson for having N2Cryo at all your tournaments!

Our Story

What is Whole Body Cryotherapy? Cryotherapy, the use of extremely low temperatures for therapeutic benefit, began as early as the 17th century. In 1978, Dr. Yamaguchi of Japan began using freezing sessions of short duration on his patients’ skin surface for immediate relief of rheumatoid arthritis through the rapid decrease of temperature of the outer layer of skin. In the 1980s Yamaguchi and his associates came to the conclusion that using a cryosauna for rapid short-term freezing of the skin’s surface has a more beneficial effect on the human body than its gradual cooling while immersed in an ice bath. Further study in Europe over the last 3 decades has established WBC (Whole Body Cryotherapy) as a powerful therapy for, and recovery from, a variety of conditions.
