I chose Billings Last Diet program because I wanted to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—not just for myself, but for my kids. I wanted to wake up and have the energy to keep up with them, set a positive example; to feel proud of the person my kids see every day and show them what it means to stay committed and make healthy choices, even when as a single mom of three, life gets crazy busy and it’s tough. They are my “why”, the reason I keep showing up and pushing forward.
I wanted to make a real, lasting change--not just lose weight, but learn how to maintain it for life. This program offers that.
I’m not just losing weight, I’m setting myself up for future success, to maintain a lifestyle I can keep forever. I’m feeling amazing, and my kids see it too. ❤️ Living healthy and showing my kids that your health and taking care of yourself is important, that this is what self-love and perseverance looks like.
I know I am still on this weight loss journey, but am proud of what I have accomplished. It’s not always easy, especially when you have over 100 lbs to lose, but I take it one week at a time. If I did got off track, I didn’t think well since I’ve done that it won’t hurt to do this and eat this too.. nope, I just had to get right back on track.
There were days I felt tired or tempted to cheat or give up, but thinking of my kids kept me going. They measured my success by their hugs.. arms around me. At first, they couldn’t wrap their arms around me.. now they hug me and say, “look mom, I can touch my wrists around you!” They’re my reason—my “why.” I want to be the mom who can keep up, who’s present, confident, and around for all the moments that matter most.

What made this program work for me was how easy it really was to stay on track. I always struggled with what to eat and eating all the wrong things. Choosing from the many packets makes the program easy to follow. Having a coach to advise me & show progress helps with accountability and helps boost you into the next week.
