🧠💜 November is Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month 💜🧠
Every 65 seconds, someone in the U.S. develops Alzheimer’s — a disease that affects memory, relationships, and independence. This month, we honor patients, families, and caregivers facing this challenge with courage and compassion.
Let’s work together to spread awareness, support research, and show kindness to those living with Alzheimer’s. 💜
Did you know there is an Alzheimer's Walk every year in Billings? I have gone the last four years with my family and it is so much fun every year!

💚 It’s World Mental Health Day! 🌍
Today’s reminder: Your mental health matters. Always.
This year’s theme — “Mental health is a universal human right” — reminds us that everyone deserves access to care, compassion, and support.
Let’s keep breaking the stigma — one honest conversation at a time.
Because it’s okay to not be okay 💭💚

April is National Pet Month! 🐾

Did you know owning a pet can be great for your health?
Studies have shown that interacting with animals can decrease cortisol levels and blood pressure. They can also help reduce loneliness, and can even boost your mood!
Dogs especially can help motivate you to get out for long walks which is always beneficial.
