My husband is in Salzburg Austria and he learned about Christian Doppler, the creator of the Doppler effect who was from Salzburg. In our profession of ultrasound imaging, Doppler is a key, vital aspect in the physics of how ultrasound works in listening to and evaluating blood flow.…. A patient dropped off a special card to Buffy last week with this touching message: "Dear Buffy, Thank you so much for your professional, kind and prompt assistance during our infertility journey. Your expertise and perfect bedside manner lightened our heavy load. Our family is moving to Texas and we couldn't leave Montana without saying THANKS one last time.
