📣 We’re Hiring! Part-Time Operations & Administrative Assistant
The Yellowstone County Mental Health Alliance (YCMHA) is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented part-time Operations & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role supports the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our events, memberships, and communications running smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys organization, logistics, and meaningful, mission-driven work.
Details:
>Part-time: 8–15 hours/week
>Hybrid (Billings-based; some in-person for events)
>Pay: $18–$25/hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
>Administrative and inbox support
>Event and conference logistics
>Speaker, sponsor, and membership coordination>
>Scheduling, tracking, and follow-up
>Supporting a growing professional alliance
