Your past taumas can provide valuable insights and powerful lessons, but it's important to take what you need from what happened, but not to dwell there. Therapy can help you sift through it all to find what is useful to take, so don't be afraid to process those past hurts. Once you get what you need, you can and should move forward, informed and more aware of your propensity to overcome. π―β€οΈ
