In addition, Dr. Singer spent 10 years attending weekly grand rounds at the Department of Dermatology, Wayne State University, enabling him to sharpen his clinical skills. Dr. Craig Singer treats a wide variety of skin ailments including acne, eczema, and psoriasis as well as abnormal moles, precancerous lesions and skin cancer.
