Hello spring! Here’s to brighter mornings, longer evenings and the fresh start we’ve all been craving. More sunshine means more time outside, more movement, more deep breaths and a real boost for our mental health.

Sunlight lifts our mood, being in nature calms our minds, and those extra daylight hours give us space to reset and recharge. Step outside, feel the warmth, and let this new season bring lighter days in every sense. 🌿💛

Did you know? 💭

Sleep and mental health are deeply connected, and the relationship goes both ways. Poor sleep can increase anxiety, depression, and stress, while mental health challenges can make it harder to fall or stay asleep.

Most adults need 7–9 hours of sleep each night to feel their best. Consistently getting less than that can affect mood, focus, energy, and overall well-being. Healthy sleep habits can strengthen both your mind and body. 🌙

No one should fear for their safety while practicing their faith or attending school. We’re grateful for those who acted quickly to protect lives. Hate has no place here.
