Looking to unwind, reset, and bring a little more calm into your week? Join Sherry Kowalski for a peaceful Group Reiki session designed to promote relaxation and ease stress and anxiety.

The evening will begin with a soothing guided meditation, followed by group Reiki in a supportive, tranquil setting. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and pillow to make yourself comfortable.
