This Earth Day, The Moss House celebrated the naturalist David Attenborough as he nears his 100th birthday! Our preschoolers are confident in their expertise in nature, and recorded short videos in David’s style, narrating about their favorite natural item in our yard. We also named our favorite things about living on Earth and they include:

Flowers, especially dandelions
Mud
Isopods
Baby elephants
Creeks
Worms
Grass
Crawfish
Beavers

They’re right. It’s pretty great here. 🌎🌍🌏❤️

Playfully Wild! returns tomorrow April 23 and it’s all about isopods! Come learn more about this tiny but important creatures, go isopod hunting, and enter your isopod into the carrot race.

This class is held at The Moss House Preschool, 183 Riverside Drive Binghamton from 10:00-11:30. Parking is at the bottom of the driveway. This class is outdoors so dress for the weather! Donations accepted.

It’s not just us at the Book Sale today! The UUCB Spring Event is also happening and you can adopt your very own Isopod! There’s also a plant sale, seed bomb making, trail mix station, bird exploration station, and spring crafts. We’d love to see you!

Used Book Sale runs today 10-4 at UUCB 183 Riverside Dr. 25¢ a book or fill a bag for $5!

All proceeds support the Keep Camp Affordable Fundraiser- providing transportation to summer camp to help support working families.

Our Used Book Sale is happening this weekend! We’re fundraising to provide summer camp transportation and every book counts! 25¢ a book or fill a paper bag for $5. MANY of our books have been donated by homeschooling families, so we’ve got something for everyone infants to adults!
