🎉 Exciting Leadership Announcement at Good Shepherd Communities! 🎉

Good Shepherd Communities is excited to announce the appointment of Marq Brown as our new Chief People Officer. Marq has been an integral part of our organization as a consultant since June 23, 2025, and now steps into this key leadership position.

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Marq brings a wealth of expertise to this role. Prior to joining Good Shepherd Communities, he served as Vice President and Chief People Officer at Oswego Health and currently chairs the Oswego County Workforce Development Board. Marq is recognized for his innovative approach to workforce development, including establishing recruitment pipelines with educational institutions in Central New York and building partnerships to create Early College Health Sciences Programs. These initiatives have empowered local students to earn college credits and pursue careers in healthcare. We are excited for Marq to introduce similar impactful programs at Good Shepherd Communities and within the Broome County community.

Good Shepherd Village at Endwell is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our exceptional Therapy team. This opportunity offers both temporary full-time coverage for a leave as well as per diem flexibility, ideal for therapists looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive long-term care setting.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat residents with musculoskeletal deficits, neurological conditions, balance impairments, and gait or transfer challenges. All care is provided upon written physician order, with a strong focus on safe, functional mobility and resident-centered outcomes.
