Sunrise Wellness Center A peer run program at the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier.

Recovery services include one-on-one peer support, support groups, expressive arts, stress management tools, a lending library, a computer lab, and educational programming on nutrition, relationships, money management, and more.

The Sunrise Wellness Center’s Holiday Trip has been canceled due to the Winter Storm Warning which is expected to being heavy snow accumulation and ice. Drivers have been asked to avoid any unnecessary travel. All who’ve signed up will be notified as soon as the trip has been rescheduled. Stay Safe!
