So much of the day is spent in our heads that we forget the steady rhythm that’s always with us: our breath.

This simple check-in is an invitation to pause, soften your attention, and reconnect with your breathing—no need to change it, just notice.

After a few rounds of simply noticing your breath, gently invite it to deepen.

Let your diaphragm begin to expand and contract with a little more intention.

If this feels unfamiliar, that’s okay—just stay curious.

You might imagine your breath traveling into your lower back, sending it there with soft awareness.

There’s nothing to get right here—no need to judge—just explore how your breath moves and how much control you’d like to offer it.
