Inner Light Sound Sanctuary 🤍

A Sound Weekend is coming,
the last week of April.

The space has been quietly evolving,
with new mats, additional chairs, and soft layers of support,
so each person can settle in with ease.

You will have the option to rest on a mat or be supported in a chair,
with blankets, bolsters, and eye masks provided.

This is a space to pause,
to soften,
to listen.

More details and dates will be shared soon.
Spaces will be limited to 20 attendees.

✨ Heart Illumination • December Sound Journey ✨

Over two evenings, more than 50 people gathered for Heart Illumination, sharing deep rest, gentle release, and a powerful sense of connection. 💗
The space held a calm, expansive energy, allowing each person to soften and receive in their own way. 🌿

Inner Light Sound Sanctuary returns in February, with an added third evening to create more space. 🌙
